Staff reportThe White Sox and outfielder Andruw Jones have agree to terms on a one-year, $500,000 contract. Jones, a five-time All-Star and 10-time Gold Glove winner, could earn an additional $1 million in performance-based bonuses.
Jones, 32, batted .214 with 17 home runs and 43 RBIs in 82 games with Texas in 2009. He was the Rangers' DH in 53 and played 12 games in left field, five in right and four at first base.
White Sox general manager Ken Williams said Jones will be used in a reserve role.
"This is an opportunity to add a power bat to the roster while improving our outfield depth," Williams said. "With the addition of Andruw, Mark Kotsay and Omar Vizquel, we feel our bench is taking shape to be a strong asset heading into the 2010 season."

What the Hell??? I have to keep Refreshing the page to even be able to view the post can someone fix this issue please?
You will have to swallow your words after next season. This will be the come back year for Andruw Jones. I'm pretty sure about this. Wait till you see that happened
I do not know what to say, right to the point. Thank You.
Jones is okay, so long as he isn't the replacement for Dye. Dye was a primetime player. Getting two lesser players (like Jones and Crisp)to fill in for Dye would be a mistake.
IF ANDY DECIDES TO GET A CHECK-UP FROM THE NECK UP BEFORE SPRING TRAINING COMMENCES, I WOULD ASSESS THAT THERE COULD BE PLENTY OF FUN TIMES THIS SUMMER FOR THE SOX, BECAUSE WHEN RIGHT, THIS DUDE CAN PUT UP SOME DINGERS ON THE BOARD, WHICH WILL REQUIRE THE SOX TO PURCHASE THE FIREWORKS AT WHOLESALE PRICES DUE TO THE QUANTITY THEY WOULD NEED FOR A.J.'S CONTRIBUTIONS !!!
Jones had a whopping .782 OPS in a ballpark where the ball jumps. And defense? The guy is listed at 240, and that's kind. He is a weak-hitting DH.
Great pickup! Kenny has shown that he makes smart moves on veteran players! Griffey Jr. was a perfect example of a vetran pick up that helped get the Sox to the promised land of first round elimination.
What's the matter Kenny, was Scott Fletcher not available?
Maybe Ozzie can dust off his glove and play this year as well as "manage"
Sox 2010 already doomed for failure
Put it on the booooooooard YES!
Stick with the CUBS people.

Hey Moron's the minimum is 400k. He is paying Jones 500k. That slot on the roster will cost 400k no matter who sits in it. If the minors don't have a decent young player to fill the slot paying a marginal 100k for a 10time gold glover who has power is a cheap easy move."
Finally. Someone with common sense and knows baseball operations gets it and posts on this board.Good job Brett.
What else are you going to get at league minimum salary people?
Are you going to get Better than Jones? Ummm......no.
He is taking up a rosters spot from who? Tell me Steve who replied to me way down below? Is there anyone in the White Sox farm system that can play backup CF and can take that role? Even for minimum salary? Umm.......no.
Williams absolutely cannot lose in this deal. He Covers his arse in case Rios goes down(again, something that Hendry stupidly did not do with Ramirez last season), and he does it with a player whom is going to be making the same amount that any schlock that cant hack it coming up from the minors is goig to make. In this case, the chance exists that that Jones may turn it around some. Even if Jones goes .242/23/58 in 2010 it's still worth the minimum salary. No minor leaguers in the Sox organization will be able to do that.
The Sox get a 32-year old strong defensive slugger for .5 mil and the dopes on here think its a bad move?
Again Sox fans...Since you donmt go to the games anyway. Just take your stupidity to the northside where they fantasize over guys like DeRosa...
Since the 'breaking news' section won't protect my unique name., ill go back to my old name that I used to terroroze Sox geeks sites with....
See if u can guess which name
There are a few comments posted here that make no sense to me. How can any White Sox fan get so irate for a move like this? They are paying Jones essentially the league minimum. Would you rather have Dewayne Wise instead? I'll take my chances with a player that put up 10 gold gloves and hit 40+ homers in a season more than once. Furthermore, this signing along with the Vizquel signing looks like a precursor to at least one major acquisition on the horizon. I think it will come via trade. Target could be A. Gonzalez or Carl Crawford/BJ Upton. KW may unload some of the new prospects for a proven all-star.
Also, I will never understand the hate that Kenny Williams gets from certain White Sox fans. You all realize that KW has brought a World Series championship to the South Side? Don't you? That should end the bad attitudes right there.... I guess maybe some people are just so angry on the inside about themselves that they need to find something to unleash their unhappiness on.
Brian, "then" basically means "next". "Than" is used to make a comparison.
minnesota twins fan: whilst i certainly salute the money management, and skill of ron gardenhire for producing a consistent winner in todays baseball landscape, i really do,.. but your payroll is not half of what the white sox pay. not even close. and i am sure it will spike if you manage to keep morneau and mauer somehow....
and having lived in minnesota for 8 years myself, seriously, what is the deal with the outdoor stadium, i have seen snow there more times then not during the beginning and ends of baseball seasons.... was it that a retractable roof was too expensive?
Bottom line - Kenny Williams brought us the only championship most of us have seen in our life time, so I trust him.
This move feels a lot like bringing in Carl Everett, and all he did was contribute for a World Championship. I'll sit in my season ticket seats and see how this plays out. I'm looking forward to 2010, after all, it's not like we have a professional football team in Chicago to follow this year.
don't understand this one at all. the money paid vizquel and jones could be better spent for a leadoff hitter, bullpen help, or a corner outfielder.
FRANK Z ON ANDRUW JONES PICK UP. WHAT A WASTED ROSTER SPOT.
WHY CAN'T WE GET SOMEONE WITH A GOOD OBP. WE NEED MORE THAN
1 300 HITTER. LA ANGELS HAD 6 300 HITTERS. HOW CAN YOU COMPETE AGAINST TEAMS WITHOUT BETTER HITTERS. LETS SPEND A LITTLE DOUGH AND HAVE A TEAM WE CAN BE PROUD OF. ALSO FORGET COCO CRISP, HES JUST MORE OF THE SAME THING.
If the White Sox need relief pitching Kenny should sign Colon.
I wonder if ten or twelve years ago, Yankee fans were complaining about having washed up vets like Bonilla, Strawberry, Fielder, Raines, etc. filling their bench.
Sox should open a "limited run" spot for Big Frank. Let him DH for a homestand in May and then give him a motorcycle or something like the send off for Fisk. Unveil the picture on the outfield wall and maybe get a home run or two out of him.
I bet that would be a good promotional draw.
seems like the Sox will need a bunch of those now that we seem to be back to the older, slower as oppossed to younger, faster like the other teams that routinely work us over.
I do think that Jones' 2009 numbers are just signs of an off-year. He will put up better numbers in 2010, even if coming off the bench.
Now having said that, the question to be asked is: What does Jones bring to the Sox that the Sox do not already have? Answer: Nothing!
After trading Getz, the Sox need to find some speed. It's the one thing the Sox lineup does not have, and it is the last ingredient needed for a successful 2010.
So explain something to me. You state a desire to get younger and faster, but you add a 41 year old and a 33 year old fat guy.
Kenny falls in love with players and doesn't realize that at some point their skills go away, then he winds up getting them 8 years too late. As evidence I submit Ken Griffey and the two most recent signings...
For all those Sox fans upset, and rightfully so, about this Andruw Jones mistake, I have an idea:
Someone get Andruw Jones to take a look at these comments, and he'll change his mind about coming to Chicago.
All this commotion for a contract where the base salary is just above the league minimum from 2009. If Jones is productive, even with incentives, the signing will be a steal. Lighten up Sox fans; you are making us look stupid. Leave that to the north side fans please.

To: Twins Fan Chico...
On behalf of the Chicago White Sox, New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox, we want to thank the Twins for being a small market team that will soon relinquish the likes of Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau to the Yankees and Red Sox respectively.
Have fun in your new outdoor stadium...I hope you saved your "homer hankie" you'll need it to keep your seats warm while there is 6 inches of snow still on the ground on opening day...
It's bad enough your team cannot sign it's own star players beyond their arbitration period....But you don't even have the sense to build a retractable dome in the coldest city in the Major Leagues?....You should have taken a look at Milwaukee's Miller Park...
DOPE
If, and I stress if the white sox hitting coach can convince Jones to hit to all fields, You could have a gem, but if he continues to be a pull hitter, he's not worth 50 cents, let a lone $500,000.00... Since he became a pull hitter, he can only hit an inside fastball... If any of u sox fans know the hitting coach, tell him to chew that butt out everytime he tries to pull an outside breaking pitch, until he gets the message....
Kenny Williams gets an over-the-hill player who never lived up to his billing, but can probably deliver a few wins to the Sox with his bat -- all for $500,000. Jim Hendry almost mortgaged the farm for Milton Bradley who never hit or fielded worth a lick, but certainly lived up to his well-publicized reputation as a clubhouse cancer. Now Hendry is having trouble finding a sap dumb enough to take Bradley off the Cubs' hands. Welcome to the world of the Chicago Cubs.
I know plenty of moves can happen between now and opening day, but at this rate, who next? Robin Ventura!
Hey you losers who want to disparage KW; actions speak louder than words. You're not forced to watch the games or purchase the merchandise. There's another team on the north side who welcomes suckers and idiots, spends big money with no results and has no accountability throughout the organization. Im sure they will welcome your time and cash with open arms and listen to your stupid idiotic wailing with a smile on their face and a receipt. Ask KW fan.
In the mean time Im going to carry on with life and when spring training starts I'll be watching and judging the product myself ONCE THEY START PLAYING. Until then go Sox, keep selling the misery Cubs and get a life you crying, complaining losers.
THE "ONLY" BASEBALL PLAYERS KENNY WILLIAMS NEEDS TO SIGN FOR 2010
ARE...OUTFIELDERS
JERMAINE DYE
SCOTT PODSEDNIK
&
GIVE...#12 A RAISE TOO
3 SOLID PLAYERS
3 GUYS...WHO HAVE EMERGED WITH HIGH QUALITY PERSONALITES.
#23...IS A LEADER...REPLACEABLE? YES...BUT WHY?
$$$
"PODS"...IS DUE FOR AN AWESOME YEAR.
ADD 'JAKE'
HIS PERSONA AND LEADERSHIP 'FIT'
#25 THOME....DESERVES TO BE 'RE-LOADED' FOR A LAST GO-AROUND HERE...IN A SOX UNIFORM.
THE NEW GUYS HERE...KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT 'LOYALTY'
JERMAINE...CAN NOT BE 'WORSE' THEN THE 2nd HALF OF '09...WAS HE PLAYIN' HURT? THAT WE ARE UNAWARE OF THIS?
KENNY WILLIAMS...PLEASE SHOW THE FANS "LOYALTY" TO THESE PLAYERS.
BETTER TALENT....AT BETTER PRICE?
PROVE IT...TO JERRY(owner)
WE, THE FANS WANT 'OLD FAVORITES'
At age 32, Jones' incentives should be to lose 30 pounds, not hit 20 homers and bat .200. Explain this one to Bobby Jenks, about being in top shape.
If he's gets in shape, then maybe he can field well again and hit enough for an average OBP. If not, explain the move to Dwayne Wise please.
He cost a roster spot, when they need 2-3 more players. What kid with a 95 mph fastball would you cut for Jones?
why do people keep bashing on this deals just like the omar vizquel deal this is another great pickup he is a solid starter even doe he's in a reserve role and what's with people complaning were losing money it's only $500,000 that's half the price were paying vizquel and he can fill in for the DH role too, I hate it how people are such critics and judge every single move the white sox and kenny willams do, for me it's great deal for only 500 grand, the bench looks better than last year, everyone be happy.
STOP JUDGING THE DEAL IT'S A GREAT MOVE IF YOU KEEP BASHING THIS THEN YOUR NOT SUPPORTING YOUR SOUTHSIDERS.
GO SOX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Moron's the minimum is 400k. He is paying Jones 500k. That slot on the roster will cost 400k no matter who sits in it. If the minors don't have a decent young player to fill the slot paying a marginal 100k for a 10time gold glover who has power is a cheap easy move.
B-
Kenny you're killing us...Jones has become a lazy slob....WTF !!!
Got to love the anger this signing is causing. All of this for a no risk bench player. IF Andruw Jones DOES come back at 32 and have a decent season, it will have been a nice pickup. If not, nothing lost. Relax.
Too old and used up. Williams should start looking for more 65 year old players for "experience."
I have no idea why anyone would complain about this deal.
For half a million dollars -- chump change -- the team added a veteran who can still play above average defense and offer power off the bench from the right side.
And it not as if players have not bounced back after a few off years.
Worst case? He shows up to camp fat, and they cut him, and lose little. Big deal.
Best case? He regains his old form and plays more than 100 games at DH, and all three outfield positions.
Stop whining.
Is he kidding us??? Andruw Jones???? Money wasted, Kenny! Sign Pods and he done with it.
When Williams gets fixated on a player he has to get him eventually, no matter how crappy he is!
Dear Kenny Williams:
You know you've made a decent move when the mouth breathers in the comment section of this site hate it. Good low-risk, decent reward move.
Sincerely,
Common Sense.
What the duck???!!!! Andrew (ooppss..I cant spell my f'in name right andruw) washed up jones over scott "I get on base" podsednik?!!!!
kw, vinny del no good, lovie "comatose" smith need to charter a bus out of town for all 3 of them!
kw has lost what ever little bit of sense he has left! Unf'in believeable. Who's next....carlton fisk? Oh wait, what about milton bradley?
This gives him time to make sure his a$$ is in shape. If he doesn't show that in spring training then they should just release him. This is such minimal risk.
ROFL.
While this is a no risk signing, i just don`t like it. Adding a guy like Vizquel was great because he can still play well and is a role model for fitness and preparation. He is 43 going on 33. Jones is just the opposite. He is 32 going on 45. Now he did produce 35 extra base hits in 281 at bats last year which is good but that .214 BA sucks. I fear Ozzie will give him too much respect instead of treating him like the Wilson Betemits of the world. I mean that i don`t want his spot on the opening day roster handed to him. I want to see him win the job or get cut.
I hope the bench is as strong as Kenny says, because it's going to take a lot to hold up Andruw Jones' fat arse. What a great signing . . .
First, Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Second...I'm thankful that I live 1700 miles away from Comiskey so that there's NO WAY I will pay to see the nonsense that is shaping up to be White Sox Baseball 2010.
Don't get me wrong...I've been a Sox fan all my life, and I pray every year for the best results. But I'm pretty smart. And I know a bill of goods when I see one.
This Andruw Jones move is appalling. PERIOD. If you believe otherWISE, then you are either rich and unaffected by the recession, or you deserve to waste your hard-earned money on the "Kenny Williams-Bag-Over-The-Head-Kick-in-The-Teeth" move that a one Kenny Williams has made today.
I will not blame Paul Konerko for coming to LA to play for the Angels..as a matter of fact, I would encourage it. At least then I'd get to see Paulie play out here...and I WOULD pay to see that.
Hi Kenny.
It's me, Ivan Calderon. Please sign me for your 2010 team. I am available.
Love,
Ivan Calderon
p.s. Scott Fletcher says "hello".
QUOTE: Is Andruw better than Wise? Yes. So it's an upgrade. Period.
Sorry it is a lousy move and comparing Jones to Wise is not much of a comparison. Compare Jones to Dye and Dye beats him hands down...(aside from cost, but a guy that wants to win win win should not be too concerned with cost right? I understand the economics of everything, but Kenny should not be hypocritical here..)
Besides at least Wise will TRY to hit a ball for a single, a guy that will come off the bench to try to launch everything is not a guy the Sox need (even though it appears Walker loves guys like that). They need contact hitters that can spray the ball to all fields and has no hangups about doing it.
Hey David Haugh,
Stop pretending you're David Haugh and be honest with all of us...you're really Kenny Williams. I know who you are. You're sitting there at your desk and looking at these comments.
You want to know how I know you're Kenny Williams? Because only Kenny Williams would think that Andruw Jones is an upgrade. It's like upgrading a Ford Focus to a Pinto.
Jeff on November 25, 2009 3:23 PM
This is another perfect example of just how bad the Sox minor league system really is.
It's time to change things up Reinsdorf, your current management is brutal.
A Bartman Cub is talking...
LOL..
What does Cub have in minor league?
Ask Bartman.. - And that is why Jim Henry is confused and in closet this winter .. HE cant make a single trade or signing..
LOL. Typical Cub loser fan
Wow, some of you guys act like this is Kenny's big move of the year. Andruw Jones is by no means a lock to even make it out of Spring Training...though I would assume he will make it into April. This is a low-risk move to fill a bench position. If by some miracle he can even come remotely close to his past production, Kenny looks like an absolute genius (like he has on most of his moves). If not, then just cut him in April or May, with little money lost in the deal, comparatively speaking. This one move isn't going to doom them, though doing nothing else this off-season would (though I guarantee this won't be Kenny's last move this off-season). Ease up, people...you're getting worked up over a bench signing.
This is the same type of contract that Jones signed last season for the Texas Rangers. Off the bench as a 1B/OF/DH, Jones had 17HRs in part-time ABs. The Rangers didn't play Jones everyday or throw him into the middle of the order and some of the posts are making it sound as though Kenny Williams thinks he signed Jones in his prime instead of the Jones he saw in Texas last season & signed to the same contract as Texas did.
Let me get this straight... We just picked up another veteran -- whose best years were prior to mandatory PED testing -- and we are expecting to compete in the Central?
This is so typical of the Sox, Cubs and Bears: tell the fans that you are committed to winning, invest in one or two high priced free agents, trade the young talent and surround those high priced vets with cast-offs and has-beens, collapse during the middle of the season and start the process all over again the following season.
To be honest, I’m still confused as to why we, as fans, are surprised by these actions. It’s time that we faced facts as Chicago sports fans: our teams suck the mythical unicorn’s dick! We dream of championships like 6 year olds dream of Santa Clause. Every now and then one of our teams blesses us with a “magical” season (aka, conference championship game). And once in a generation (or two) one of our teams will actually win it all. We got spoiled during the Bulls championship runs and actually thought that we had transcended as a sports city. We got all giddy when the Cubs won divisional titles in both ’07 and ’08. We were brought back to reality when they got dumped in the NLDS. We thought that the Bears were on their way to dominance after making a trip, albeit a major embarrassment, to the Super Bowl. The Sox are the only team in the city to win it all in the past 10 years, but I can’t see them winning it again any time soon.
So, with all of that stated, go Bears! Go Sox! And, #@&$ the Cubs!
Who's next? Carl Everett?
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your 2010 Chicago White Sox...brought to you by AARP.
What is Kenny Williams doing? Putting together a competitive baseball team or a farewell tour?
First Alex Rios? Then Omar Vizquel? And now Andruw Jones? What's next? Digging up the dead and rotting corpse of Thumon Munson and dropping him in by parachute to pinch hit?
Ya know...I'm really trying to be patient with Kenny Williams, but if he's trying to get players on the Sox for the box office draw...I think he's got to do a little better than Alex Rios, Omar Vizquel, and Andruw Jones.
How about resigning Jose Canseco? I'd pay for an Ozzie Pack to see him back on a MLB team!
Hey Dump Williams,
Judging by your Jody Davis and Ryne Sandberg references, it sounds like you are a Cub fan. Why don't you stick to what you know.......like teams that have gone 102 years without a World Series. How are Sox an embarrassment when they won the WS as recently as 5 years ago?
QUOTE: I don't get the gripes here. It's a no brainer no-risk move by Williams, people. $500,000 is barely over league minumum salary and it is going to a reserve player.
Because it is not a smart move.. Look, you are paying a guy, regardless of the amount, to hit 214.. and most players statistically hit WORSE when coming off of a bench.
For that 500000 and the seat on the team I would rather see a rookie up there taking his lumps.. KW has to come to the realization you either rebuild or don't, there really is no in between. Unless you want a team that is in between in the standings.. well, there are no points for second place folks (especially when the wild cards teams can kick your butt all over)
Also, you HAVE Rios and he appears to play CF fine... You move Quentin over to Right and bring in a rookie for Left, or Nix, or whoever... Im sure he can bat better than 214 if given a chance... I do not care about the salary of this guy. I care he is taking a seat from another player that may be more deserving of a chance.. I dunno, I mean this could play out well for the Sox, but seeing as this guy had only a 214 BA on a team with arguably the BEST hitting coach in baseball as well Im not impressed.. I mean I think Walker is dirtying his 'pantaloons' at the thought of getting back a high strikeout-swing for the fences-type of player that they lost with Dye (and while Dye was really dropping in his abilities he is far better than this guy), but otherwise Im not sure who really thought this was a good idea besides KW
Ease up a little...he's not going to be an everyday starter, we signed him to bolster our bench. I'm not exactly thrilled with this signing either, but it would be a lot different if he were going to be a starter for us. If he doesn't pan out, we can always cut him...it's not like $500K is going to put a huge dent in an almost $100M payroll.
And to the genius who said we need a team that can pitch...you could count on one hand the number of teams that have a better starting rotation than the White Sox. We could stand to improve the bullpen some, but I don't think pitching will be our problem in 2010.
Perhaps they should try to get Frank Thomas back on the team. He was fantastic back in '92. What could go wrong?
The Jones signing is worth the gamble. He's a backup, bench player for goodness sake. Vizquel, Jones and Kotsay are a nice trio to have in certain situations. Williams is not through. Now, work on the pen. "Dump Williams": You show your ignorance by your pitching comment and the need for a coach. Do you mean a bench, 1b, 3b, bullpen, hitting or pitching coach? I'll bet you meant MANAGER. Ozzie is the MANAGER, not the coach. This is PRO ball. Amazingly non baseball commentary!
Big deal. 500k is less than buyout money on most players teams simply want to go away. Very low risk deal.
I don't get the gripes here. It's a no brainer no-risk move by Williams, people. $500,000 is barely over league minumum salary and it is going to a reserve player. All those that are complaining, what do you expect him to do? Go out and get expensive Granderson? Then you are paying big contracts to 2 centerfielders.
Once again, a smart deal and good move by Kenny Williams. He doesn't make the same mistakes as Hendry did last offseason. Trades away DeRosa, and ends up with no depth at 3rd base to cover the oft injured Ramirez.
y'all are bogus...he's paying practically nothing and he's paying him to come off the bench relax...go look at Kenny's track record and tell me he should be fired hahahah ridiculous statement...Freddy for Gavin...Danks for McCarthy...Peavy...the signing of Dye and Pods in 2005...finding Jenks...Iguchi....comeon guys relax
"Kenny Williams should be FIRED, along with Ozzie. The team is terrible and an embarrassment to the City of Chicago."
Are you for real??? Have you seen the lame squad crying over on the North side of town? our old guys/veterans are a lot better than their younger guys at a fraction of the cost.
"Hey Kenny get a clue, you need a coach and a team that can pitch. "
Now I know your already three sheets to the wind.
Buerhle, Danks, Floyd, Peavy, Garcia as a starting 5 and you say they need a team that can pitch?
We just won the world series 4 years ago - what do you expect, a trophy every single year? even the almighty Yankees with their money haven't managed to buy that.
Next Kenny will be signing Ichiro, Halladay and Mariano Rivera... in the year 2025. What is it with this guy signing aging players that he's sought all their careers but who are long past their prime? The Sox should change their name to the Wal-Mart house brand--Faded Glory. Or maybe they can find a seniors league to play in.
Jones is 32 and was a great player prior to 2007 when his hitting really fell off. From 2007-2009 his batting average (1062 at-bats) has been a paltry 205 but he did draw 146 walks and see 102 of his 220 hits go for extra-bases. Signing him is clearly a gamble but perhaps a smart one. Wait and see.
I love Kenny Williams but this move was made to cover his behind if Alex Rios continues to look like a disaster. If Jones has to take over, and if he has a good year, then his low salary will make up for the bust that could be Rios.
Batted just .207 in 1062 AB over last 3 years. Let's hope he's motivated to get back to form. At $.5 M, it's a minimal risk. Big-time power, but unfortunately at age 32 he's too fat to patrol the OF like he used to. Maybe he can mentor a similar-looking young player in Dayan Viciedo.
The Chicago White Sox welcome the halt, lame and aged. What, was Minnie Minoso not available?
Kenny Williams should be FIRED, along with Ozzie. The team is terrible and an embarrassment to the City of Chicago. Haven't we learned by now that these old players are not worth anything? Maybe Ron Cey can play third, and Jody Davis can catch. Hell bring back Ryan Sandberg. Let's get the team age average over 35.
Expect another loosing season by the Sox. Pay outrageous prices for tickets, parking, food, etc. to smell a ton of Bengay coming from the field.
Hey Kenny get a clue, you need a coach and a team that can pitch.
