MINNEAPOLIS -- Bears linebacker Lance Briggs said after today's 36-10 loss to the Vikings that he is not completely sure about the status of his sprained left knee, but he expects to have it evaluated Monday.

"It got hurt to the point that I knew I couldn't play anymore," said Briggs, who suffered what was termed a mild sprain in the first quarter and was in and out of the lineup the rest of the game.

Left tackle Orlando Pace also expects to have his groin strain further evaluated Monday, while cornerback Charles Tillman decline to talk about the head injury he suffered.

It's time for the Bears to release Orlando Pace. I don't think he would even be a starter on
most college teams.

Pace got thrown around like a rookie today, he deserves bench time whether injured or not
