The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that Browns linebacker Kamerion Wimbley was fined $7,500 for roughing up Jay Cutler in last Sunday's 30-6 Bears' win.

The Bears quarterback was asked if justice was served with the fine.

"Um, no,'' he said. "Didn't help me out any. He might lose a little bit of money but that's how it goes.''

Cutler was sacked four times and beat up all day against the league's worst defense. He also drew some blood after biting his tongue.

Cutler said he would not consider wearing a mouthpiece following Sunday's incident.

Hey Ohio Joe, you know the Bears will lose both times to the Vikings now that Brett Favre is there. And they will also lose to the Packers again. Ben Bohn

That's refreshing to hear. The fine didn't prevent the hit, won't prevent future hits, and won't do anything for Cutler.

Maybe the NFL should change the system so that the fines do go to the victim.

Bandit_ you have issues. Deep psychological issues.
