CHAMPAIGN - Illinois rallied late to defeat Wofford 78-64 Tuesday night at Assembly Hall.
A 14-3 second-half run, led by junior guard Demetri McCamey, helped the Illini put away the Terriers. Wofford stuck around thanks to 8-for-17 shooting from 3-point range in the first half, but shot just 4-for-14 in the second half.
McCamey led the Illini with 21 while Mike Davis added 16.
