Ratings are up because people love to watch Notre Dame lose when they are supposed to win. If they were predicted to be bad and played poorly no one would watch, or if they were consistently world beaters, we would get sick of seeing them win and would quite watching, but while they are supposed to be good and lose, that we love. Thank you Charlie Weis for being outschemed, there is nothing we love more to watch.
GO IRISH!!!!
They will no doubt be invited to a bowl game. Not because of quality play, but due to pulling in the $$.
