It will be Cristobal Huet instead of Antti Niemi in goal for the Blackhawks on Wednesday night when they take on the Blues at the United Center.
Niemi, who coach Joel Quenneville previously announced as the starter, is ill and won't be on the bench. The Hawks recalled Joe Fallon from Rockford of the American Hockey League to serve as backup.
Dave Bolland will make his first appearance since undergoing Nov. 10 back surgery as he will center the fourth line alongside Tomas Kopecky and Ben Eager.
Colin Fraser will be a scratch for the first time this season.
