Former Bears offensive coordinator Ron Turner is interested in the vacant quarterbacks coaching job with the New York Giants, according to a Twitter report from Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger.
However, Garafolo also tweets that the position won't be filled before next week because Giants head coach Tom Coughlin is on vacation.
Turner was fired by the Bears after a disappointing 7-9 season and his post was filled Monday with the hiring of Mike Martz.
